For whatever its worth, as of Sept. 23rd, CAL Men's soccer has just been bumped up from 20th to 18th to 16th in state soccer rankings. Keep in mind, these are subjective opinions by coaches scattered all over the state. They look mostly at the games we've played, the teams we've beaten, and their 'take' on how the games played out. But either way, this is the highest CAL Men's Soccer has ever been ranked in the history of the school. Even more importantly, it probably does represent positive forward momentum for our program, our progress, and our pursuit of excellence.
